Our online billing tool also gives you access to your account balance, set up a patient plan with one of our financial navigators/Patient Financial Services, get answers to your billing questions, and more. Please have your billing access code available.

What's my billing access code?
Your Munson Healthcare provider will share instructions for accessing your Virtual Visit or Virtual Urgent Care appointment on any internet-connected device with a camera, including:
Patients of Cadillac Hospital, Grayling Hospital, Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, Munson Medical Center, Otsego Memorial Hospital, and Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital will be asked to provide their billing access code. The access code is located on your billing statement circled in red below:
For Charlevoix Hospital patients, no access code is required and e-statements, account balance review, and payment plans are not available on the site at this time.
Otsego Memorial Hospital has recently upgraded their online bill pay. Please check your statement to determine how to pay online:

If you wish to make a payment by mail, please address your payment to Patient Accounts, and mail your payment to the address indicated on your bill.
